How to Attain Maximum Concentration  

Students frequently complain that it is very hard to concentrate while studying or reading. How often do you hear yourself saying "I can't concentrate" But is this true ? Isn't it a problem that we really find it hard to pay attention because we don't like to read on texts as much as, the latest music or sports page ?
Here are some strategies that many students have found helpful to overcome this problem.

GIVE TOP PRIORITY TO YOUR STUDY

Your brain has the ability to concentrate its energy and power on things that you feel are important. Good education will leads to perfect life which will be rich in personal, career, financial and health. So give importance to your study.

REMOVE INTERNAL DISTRACTION

Sometimes you are unable to concentrate because your mind is wandering.
"Do not fight with your thoughts" 
Just give direction to your brain that “I will study chemistry for the next 2 hours.”
With repeated directions you will be able to focus on studies.

ASK QUESTIONS TO YOUR BRAIN

“As you know your brain reacts to stimulus” While learning any topic ask questions to your brain, it will keep your brain awake.Use these questions How, What, When, Who, Where, Why about the related topic. If you use these questions your brain will become habitual for this and will remain in awake position.




STUDY ACCORDING TO TIMETABLE

Make a study timetable. If you follow your timetable, most of the problems will be solved. You will feel good and calm that will also improve your concentration.

Affirmation triggers positive thoughts that influence you to think and act like a brilliant student.

Use this affirmation thrice before you study. 
1 )Say this affirmation with feeling and expect it to work
2) Be patient you will definitely get results.

NEVER SAY YOU CAN'T CONCENTRATE

If you repeat these type of thoughts, concentration will become tough for you. So never develop these type of thoughts. Instead of this you can use this affirmation.

RECHARGE YOUR BODY


1) Do not study for long hours.

2) Take breaks between studies.
3) Do exercise which will help you to concentrate better.
4) Stretch your body to improve blood circulation.
5) Drink water while studying (You can keep water bottle near study table)
6) Take 3 deep breaths before and after each study session.


THE MORE YOU USE THE MORE YOU GET

When a strong network of neurons is created, you learn better.
You can make strong network of neuron by repetition. So do frequent revisions.

Sit quietly and hear a particular sound of musical instrument at a time and concentrate on it. It will help you in attaining concentration.
